Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lumino ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Service Description

Lumino is an AI-powered creative suite that provides tools for generating avatar videos, voice cloning, text-to-speech, AI photo studio, expert writing, document generation, receipt/invoice/contract/flight ticket templates, QR code generation, courier tracking pages, celebrity profile pages, charity/fundraiser cause pages, a digital shop, image/audio utilities, and other AI-assisted content creation. The Service operates on a prepaid credit system with cryptocurrency payments.

3. Account & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts or creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Credits & Payments

• Credits are prepaid and non-refundable once purchased.
• Payments are processed via cryptocurrency only. We do not accept fiat payments.
• Credit prices are denominated in USD. 1 credit = $0.01 USD.
• We reserve the right to change credit pricing with 30 days notice.
• Referral bonuses are subject to verification and may be revoked in cases of abuse.

5. Content Policy

You may not use the Service to create content that:

• Impersonates real people without their explicit consent.
• Contains or promotes illegal activity, violence, harassment, or hate speech.
• Generates sexually explicit or pornographic material.
• Creates deepfakes intended to deceive, defraud, or defame.
• Creates fraudulent documents (receipts, invoices, tickets, contracts) intended to deceive businesses, financial institutions, employers, or individuals.
• Uses courier tracking, celebrity profile, or charity/fundraiser tools to impersonate real companies, logistics providers, public figures, or charitable organizations.
• Creates fraudulent fundraiser/charity pages to solicit real donations under false pretenses.
• Submits generated documents for fraudulent refunds, chargebacks, tax deductions, expense reimbursements, or insurance claims.
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
• Violates any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate this policy without notice or refund.

6. Voice Cloning Policy

You may only clone voices that you have legal rights to use. This includes your own voice or voices for which you have obtained explicit, documented permission from the voice owner. Using the voice cloning feature to impersonate others without consent is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

7. Document, Template & Tracking Tools

Lumino provides document and template generation tools including receipt generators, invoice generators, flight ticket generators, contract generators, QR code generators, courier tracking page builders, celebrity profile page builders, and charity/fundraiser cause page builders. These tools are provided strictly for educational, creative, design portfolio, and demonstration purposes only.

• Generated documents are templates, not real financial, travel, legal, or commercial documents.
• Lumino does not create, verify, authenticate, or validate any generated document.
• Generated receipts, invoices, and tickets are not proof of any real transaction, purchase, or booking.
• Courier tracking pages are demonstration tools for portfolio or educational use. They do not represent real shipments or logistics services.
• Celebrity profile pages are fan-facing portfolio tools. They do not imply endorsement, verification, or affiliation with any real public figure.
• Charity/fundraiser cause pages are demonstration and educational tools. They do not represent verified charitable organizations. Lumino does not process, hold, or verify any donations. Using these pages to fraudulently solicit funds is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for how you use any generated document, template, or page.
• Using these tools for fraud, forgery, deception, or any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of credits, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Lumino expressly disclaims all liability for any misuse of documents, templates, or pages created using these tools. By using these features, you confirm that your intended use is lawful and for legitimate purposes only.

8. Generated Content

• You retain ownership of content you create using the Service.
• Generated content (videos, photos, audio) is stored for 7 days, after which it is permanently deleted.
• You are responsible for downloading and backing up your content before expiration.
• We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Service.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All content produced by Lumino is generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or imperfections. AI-generated content is provided for creative and educational purposes only.

• AI outputs may not accurately represent real people, products, places, or events.
• Generated voices, videos, and images are approximations and may not be perfectly realistic.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and appropriately using any AI-generated content.
• Lumino does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any generated output.
• AI-generated content should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical purposes.
• Documents, receipts, tickets, and invoices generated by Lumino are design templates for educational and creative use. They do not constitute real financial, travel, or legal documents.

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI generation may fail due to provider outages, content moderation filters, or technical issues. Failed generations are automatically refunded to your credit balance.

11. Rate Limits

To ensure fair usage, the Service enforces rate limits including but not limited to 5 video generations per hour and 20 per day. These limits may be adjusted at our discretion.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of credits you have purchased in the preceding 12 months.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited and generated content may be deleted.
