How do I donate?

Find a cause by code or browse the discover section. Each cause page lists the organizer's payment methods so you can donate directly to them.

Is my donation secure?

Donations are sent directly to the organizer using their listed payment methods. Lumino does not process or hold any donation funds.

Can I create my own cause page?

Yes! Sign up on lumino.work and navigate to the Charity tool. You can create cause pages with one-time credits or a subscription plan.

What does this platform cost?

Creating a cause page starts at 2,000 credits ($20) for a 30-day listing. Subscription plans are available for organizers managing multiple causes.
